Fuller, Smith and Turner (Fuller’s) has completed the acquisition of Lovely Pubs for £22.5m.
The firm owns seven pubs in Warwickshire, six of which are freehold.
The pubs will be added to Fuller’s existing portfolio of pubs, aligning with its vision and strategy of "offering outstanding services and a premium food and drink offer".
The move comes after Fuller’s reported an EBITDA of £3.1m in the latest financial year.
The acquisition is expected to be earnings enhancing in the first full year and it will be funded from existing banking facilities.
Chief executive officer at Fuller’s, Simon Emeny, said: "I’m delighted to be announcing the acquisition of Lovely Pubs. These seven outstanding sites are a perfect fit with our existing estate both in terms of their premium operational style and their geographical location. We are looking forward to welcoming these pubs, and their teams, to the Fuller’s family."
