Edward Haycock has been appointed as group CFO at the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing, simulation and measurement products, AB Dynamics.

He will join the board as group finance director on 1 September, and following a handover period with the interim CFO Andrew Lewis, he will take up his new role from 1 December.

Haycock is currently the group’s director of financial reporting and has worked in the leadership team at AB Dynamics since joining two years ago.

He has led a number of finance, management, strategic and commercial initiatives within the business, building on experience from his previous role at a listed international manufacturing business.

Haycock also spent six years at Chemring in a variety of finance roles, latterly as group financial controller.
