Barratt Redrow has appointed Rebecca Napier as chief financial officer and executive director, with the former Britvic finance chief set to join the housebuilder on 3 August 2026.
Napier joins at a key stage for the group as it nears completion of the integration of Barratt Developments and Redrow following their £2.5bn merger announced in 2024.
The company, one of the UK’s largest residential property developers, is continuing work on integrating its operations as it chases housing market growth. It said Napier’s experience leading through change and challenging markets would be important as the company focuses on capturing the benefits of the merger and creating long-term shareholder value.
She brings experience across finance, strategy, investor relations and business transformation, having most recently served as CFO of Britvic until its acquisition by Carlsberg in 2025. Before that, she spent 17 years at IAG, including serving as CFO of British Airways.
Caroline Silver, chair of Barratt Redrow, said: "On behalf of the Board, I am delighted to welcome Rebecca to Barratt Redrow. She brings a proven ability to lead through complexity, change and challenging markets."
Napier added: "I am excited to be joining Barratt Redrow at an important time for the Group and for the UK housing sector. Barratt Redrow is the industry-leading housebuilder with three trusted brands, a strong balance sheet and an excellent land pipeline supporting a clear focus on delivering high-quality homes and places for customers and communities."
The company reported £5.58bn in revenue for FY25, a 33.8% increase on the prior year’s £4.17bn on the back of the consolidation of Redrow into the group, as well as higher total home completions amid a stabilising, but still challenging housing market.
