Together Financial Services secures £500m bond issuance

Together Financial Services has announced the successful issuance of a new £500m bond offering.

The notes, with in aggregate principal amount of 7.5% senior secured notes due in 2031, were issued through the group’s wholly owned subsidiary, Jerrold FinCo.

Together suggested that the offering was “significantly oversubscribed” and that the gross proceeds would be used to redeem some existing secured notes, due in 2027, and to pay fees and expenses in connection with the offering.

The latest issuance means Together has now raised or refinanced £3bn in funding facilities so far in 2025.

Together’s CEO, Richard Rowntree, commented: “We are delighted to announce the successful completion of our £500m bond offering. The issuance received strong support from our investors, once again underlining the strength of our model, the quality of our loan book and ongoing confidence in our long-term growth strategy.”

Group managing director and chief treasury officer, Gary Beckett, added: “Since the start of the calendar year we have raised or refinanced £3bn across six transactions, as we continue to strengthen and diversify our funding programme.

“This successful issuance, which supports the refinancing of our 2027 bonds, was significantly oversubscribed, evidencing continued investor support for Together.”
