Vodafone has entered into an agreement to acquire full-service cloud, digital transformation and security specialist, Skaylink, for €175m.

Skaylink has offices throughout Germany and across Europe, and its team of over 500 professionals manage cloud deployments and migrations across Microsoft and Amazon Web Services environments. It also implements AI solutions for business customers.

Vodafone said that the German firm’s business model, capabilities and market presence will provide its business and public sector customers with access to a suite of digital services and support.

The transaction forms part of Vodafone Business’ ambition of accelerating growth in areas including security, managed services and cloud.

Vodafone expects the transaction to complete by the end of March 2026.
