Software provider Sorted has announced that its chief financial officer (CFO), Mahmoud Wariah, is leaving the company.
Wariah, who is leaving to pursue other business opportunities, will remain with Sorted as CFO and an executive director of the company until the end of his six-month notice period.
Sorted operates a software-as-a-service (SaaS) business model where most of its revenue is driven by customer subscriptions to its delivery experience platform, in turn providing annualised recurring revenue.
The company said the process to recruit a new CFO was commencing and that a further update would be issued when appropriate.
Executive chairman of Sorted, Simon Wilkinson, commented: “On behalf of the board, I wish to express my gratitude to Mahmoud.
“His contribution to Sorted in the lead up and subsequent to the company’s RTO has been significant and I know he will continue to provide valuable input during his remaining time with the company.”
