Made Tech appoints new CFO

Made Tech Group has appointed Richard Swinyard as its new chief financial officer (CFO).

Effective from 2 March, he joins the digital and technology services provider with a strong track record of supporting growth, operational performance and value create.

Since 2012, Swinyard has operated in the US market, most recently as CFO at Computer Integrated Services.

Prior to this, he was CFO at the UK IT and digital services provider, Agilisys, where he played a role in growing revenues and the order book.

Swinyard has also held senior financial roles at listed companies including Sanctuary Group and Imprint Group.

Chief executive officer at Made Tech, Rory Macdonald, said: "I am pleased to welcome Richard to Made Tech. He brings deep experience in scaling technology and managed services businesses, with a strong track record of improving profitability, cash generation and operational discipline. His expertise will be important as we execute the next phase of our growth strategy, building on the progress achieved over recent years and strengthening the group's financial performance."
